FEAR vs LOVE

Image
By Sumaiyya Syed Ever noticed that throughout the day you either act out of fear or act out of love? For instance, let's assume you want to complete your office work on time or have a bite of your favourite snack at break time! Aren't these activities either out of fear or love?  Well, you act out of fear when your focus is on getting something, whether it be other people's approval or attention, money or power. On the other hand, when you act out of love, your focus is on giving, be it your time, attention, love, or money etc., Your intention is solely to share and improve the lives of the people you love, not for your own interest, just as an act, out of love. I'm sure you may have! I have also been a victim of such thoughts. In this blog, I will be highlighting a couple of reasons why we tend to think more often and how do we alleviate the situation. Before I state, I would like you to give a thought for fraction of a second, when do you last remember any pain? Like a toothache or surgery? Or a heartbreak or death of your loved one? Were you worried about anything that was happening in Russia? Did you care for the person who was elected as a president in your state? NO! Because YOU are the most important person to yourself. You just wanted that pain to go away. You stay with yourself 24/7, and it's absolutely normal to feel that way. So you have to understand this goes the same with other humans on the planet, you might not be the most imp...
